How to cook beef in black bean sauce

The following ingredients to make beef in black bean sauce

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 gloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 500g beef casserole dice
  • 100g medium size carrot peeled and slice diagonally
  • 250g long beans cut 3 inch long
  • 1 cup capsicum cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp salted black beans
  • 1-2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp corn flour dissolved in ¼ c water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Pepper to taste

Simple procedures to make healthy beef in black bean sauce

  • Mix oyster sauce, salted black beans and add on the beef mix well. And set aside while preparing for the vegetables.
  • Heat oil in a wok over medium heat sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  • Add beef pieces fry gently until cooked through.
  • Add in carrots and the rest of the vegetables stir and cover for two minutes then add corn flour mixture and toss for another two minutes make sure not to overcooked your veggies. Nice when your veggies are still crunchy.
  • Taste if you need to add more sauce and pepper and turn off stove.
  • Serve with steam rice.
