Just 3 ingredients add just add extra fresh or frozen fruits, like peeled cut mangoes, strawberries, blueberries, fresh peeled bananas or any fruits available in your area to your liking. Overnight chia seeds and oats, its best to add nuts and extra seeds, if you wish. I've tried adding cashew nuts, almonds, pumpkin seed and flax seed.
