3 Ingredients Overnight Chia Oats
Overnight chia oats its so easy to prepare and a great way to have a healthy breakfast on the go. Just 3 ingredients add just add extra fresh or frozen fruits, like peeled cut mangoes, strawberries, blueberries, fresh peeled bananas or any fruits available in your area to your liking.
Overnight chia seeds and oats, its best to add nuts and extra seeds, if you wish. I've tried adding cashew nuts, almonds, pumpkin seed and flax seed.
How to prepare 3 ingredients overnight chia oats
3 Ingredients to make overnight chia oats
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoon chia seed
Toppings - optional
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh ripe mango
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in jar put the lid and shake well, then refrigerate overnight. Next morning, pour in a bowl and top with fresh fruits of your choice.
Notes
With soy milk or substitute to fresh milk, almond milk, coconut milk or simply water.
