Strawberry banana smoothies is so easy to make, you only need a blender and add in all ingredients. Blend for 2-3 minutes and you will have a delicious and healthy drinks.
You can have smoothies anytime of the day great for breakfast, lunch, dinner or for dessert just add extra vanilla ice cream or strawberry flavored ice cream. You can substitute milk with soy milk and yogurt plain or flavored yogurt.
Smoothies are very versatile you can add any fresh fruits available in your local supermarket or flea markets. Fruits like mangoes, pineapple, rock melon, ripe papaya, blueberries or any berries, fresh or frozen will do.
How to make strawberry banana smoothies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 cups chopped bananas
- 1 cup fresh milk (any milk)
- 1 cup ice cube
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients in a blender, pulse until smooth consistency. Serve immediately.
- You can add more milk if too thick or add more strawberries or bananas, this depends on your preference.
