- 1 carrot minced
- 2 stick celery minced
- 1/2 cup red capsicum chopped finely
- 1 onion minced
- 4-5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 egg
- 1 c breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- 1 T of Italian herbs
