Green Curry Chicken with Papaya

Green curry chicken with green papaya is a simple and easy dish to make for less than one hour you can have a delicious meal. This recipe is really delicious by reducing the juice and make this dish a little bit thicker and chicken falling off the bone.

Papaya can be substitute with potato and can add extra vegetables like carrots, long beans, tin of bamboo shoot, or malunggay leaves (moringa).

With the meat you can use chicken thigh fillet if you are more generous and cut into strips, but if you are on the budget chicken legs is cheaper and taste exactly the same.
