Toasted cashews give extra flavor to your stir fry, just make sure to toast for a few minutes to bring out the beautiful taste of the cashew nuts.
Stir fry is a versatile dish that you can't go wrong with. Add any meat like beef, chicken, pork, and even seafood. And I've been making a lot of stir fry dishes lately, just using up some of the vegetables waiting to be cooked for the weekdays. A sprinkle of toasted sesame sitting in the cupboard can be added as well for an extra nutty flavor.
