Ginataang sitaw at kalabasa this is a Filipino dish called Ginataang which means cooked with coconut milk similar to curry just omit the spices. You can either add pork, prawns / Shrimp or chicken. This dish is quite easy to make and delicious, the creamy texture of the coconut cream makes this dish special. If you are vegetarian you can omit pork and just add your vegetable. You can also substitute your fish sauce to shrimp paste ( bagoong ) add 2 tablespoon. This dish best serve with steam rice or garlic rice.
