3 Ingredients Super Easy Coleslaw
This coleslaw recipe is super easy and simple to make. You only need 3 ingredients and you will have a delicious salad to match with your barbecue, fried chicken, tacos, burgers or sandwich.
Coleslaw is refreshing dish that almost perfect for lunch and dinner.
For this recipe I used the Kewpie Japanese dressing roasted sesame or can be substituted by whole egg mayonnaise, if not available.
How to make super easy coleslaw salad
Ingredients to make coleslaw
- 3 cups cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup Kewpie Japanese dressing roasted sesame
Instructions:
In a large bowl combine cabbage and carrots. Add the dressing when ready to serve to keep the cabbage and carrots crunchy. Served with barbecue, fried dish fish, tacos, burger or sandwich.
